How Raksa Came to Be
Raksa was founded in Phuket with a particular kind of family in mind — one that has just lost someone and now faces the task of understanding what that person left behind, and what the law requires of them. That task can feel overwhelming, especially when the language used is technical and the steps are unclear.
The practice was established to change that experience. From the first conversation, we speak plainly. We do not rush decisions. We explain what each document means before we ask anyone to sign it. We take the formal weight of the process so that the family can stay focused on one another.
Phuket is a place where many families — Thai and international — have built lives and accumulated assets across different legal contexts. Our work reflects that.
